The break-even calculator and any other tools provided on the Site are for informational and educational purposes only. Outputs are estimates generated from the inputs you provide and general industry assumptions. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or business advice. Actual results vary widely.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at letschat@clutchaffiliate.com with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. If unresolved within thirty (30) days of that notice, either party may proceed under Section 12.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separately signed services agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clutch Affiliate regarding your use of the Site.
